Can anyone help unsure how to past new thread as new here but bought a car privately on outstanding finance only done a car check AFTER buying the car. I have new keepers slip only and no receipt. Seller ignoring me.. can I contact police? Will I lose the car0

I have the similar situation today as I bought a car couple of weeks ago from a private seller and today I was re-selling it while customer did HP and found out there is finance against this car and now I am very upset I paid huge money for this luxury car. is it best to call that finance company and tell them the Whole story?0
