Hello all, im new here !
On signing up to the new service, I note that the eligibility checker gives higher eligability rankings than the actual company websites !, and that my Experian score is higher than my actual Experian account score on the same date
This is somewhat misleading, so would advise anyone to double check on the credit card company checker where available
a few other questions for those interested...........
I am keen to learn the correlation between who your main bank account is with and how it affects your application to other companies ?
I have recently discovered a neat trick in paying even £1 extra a month stops the "minimum payment" note being added to your file !
Finally, all those on here saying "Your score means nothing, random number " etc etc, I suspect they are either a little simple, don't quite understand how it works, or their scores are.............low !

I am keen to learn the correlation between who your main bank account is with and how it affects your application to other companies ? Other companies don't see who your main account is with. The conduct of any account is what's important
I have recently discovered a neat trick in paying even £1 extra a month stops the "minimum payment" note being added to your file ! It does indeed
Finally, all those on here saying "Your score means nothing, random number " etc etc, I suspect they are either a little simple, don't quite understand how it works, or their scores are.............low ! I know how it works, I have a good score so I must just be a litte simple

Regarding the bank accounts, when making an application, you are asked who your main account is with, so they obviously take it into account, my question is how and why ?0

A regularly updated list of which company uses which agency would be useful........
I believe some companies straight reject you if you have applied elsewhere in the last 3/6 months, Virgin being one , anyone else found similar ?0 -
