  • Hi
Good luck with this . Have you tried joining your local freecycle groups and asking the group owners if you can post a wanted for this? I think most group owners would be quite willing to post this request (I would) and freecycle members area pretty helpful bunch who are willing to help when they can.
    Once again good luck

Hi moonpixiewitch! Yes, I have put something on freecycle - no response yet, but it only went on a few days ago. I am sure it will bring some in due course!

    Thanks for the thought x

    Hiya Hypno,

I've got a Canon printer, but it's Japanese so am I right in saying that you don't want these as you're only looking for ink cartridges from the US ?

LOL it should read "ink cartridges from us" not "from the US"

    Oops!!

I have pm'd you my address.

    Thank you x

    Hi Hypno,

can you use Cartridges from Kodak photo printers? I have one which I was about to chuck and would be happy to send. Its a G600 if thats any help.

I'll also speak to OH as he works in a company that sells computers so should have a few knocking around. Will let you know.

    Good Luck

Not sure on the kodak one, will do some searching!

Any computer printer ones that OH finds knocking about will def be of use though! Let me know when you have some, and I will pm you my address!

  • Hi,

Sorry I havent been able to read through the whole thread yet. I look after the IT for a site in East London and we get through about a laser toner cartridge a day and usually recycle them for free through HP. Ive got quite a collection at the moment!

I also have a big box of unused Epson/Canon inkjet cartridges, 20-50 i'd say. Youre more than welcome to it all if you can pick it all up?

I might be able to hook into HQ and get them to save their cartridges for you too (Paddington)...let me know if its of any use to you?

I'm sure I could arrange for them to be collected if there are enough - we are in Norwich so it would mean driving down, so as long as there are enough to make the journey worthwhile, then this is an option.

The alternative is that I can easily get to Liverpool Street Station on the train, so if they are manageable that way this could be workable (and avoids congestion charge!).

Another thought is that if you can package them up, I can arrange a courier?

Let me know if any of these seem doable!!

    thank you very much! Hypno!
