Sadly, although Epsom ones do have a little value, it is so small that it really is not worth the postage sending them.
Shame, because there are lots of Epsom ones about!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
I'm so annoyed  I collected the cartridges today, and not one of them was on the list! That'll teach me for not stating 'no Epsom please' on my post! There is two big things tho (toner cartridges maybe!?!)... an HP 95A and a HP 49x.... couldn't see them on the list either, but would they be any use to you?

Oh bother and double bother (polite version of words that seem more appropriate!). That is such a shame! I was all excited at the thought of a bin bag full of useful cartridges. Sadly, I can't even find the other two on any other list I have, so pants and pants again.
Sorry that you have gone to the trouble and it ended up as nothing. Did you hear back from the other person with the canon cartridges? Hopefully they will be more fruitful!
Thanks though, hun xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
I picked thise up as well (forgot to put this in previous post!) and they are all marked as BCI-24, some are colour and some are black.... they aren't on the list either.... they don't look very old tho, so I'm not sure why they're not on there. I will double check them again to make sure I've looked at the right number tho!'We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars' - Oscar Wilde0

Insert By Martin:
I couldn't resist putting this in the e-mail. Hypno is a regular Debt-Free wannabee and has reduced her debts from £100k to £42 since joining the site (see Hypnos debt diary). An immense achievement.
As such when she asked me if I would tell people about this, I decided that as a one off I would, even though it actually breaks the sites normal rules.... read on....

Hi Guys!
For those of you that do not read my diary, I have set myself the following challenge.
Please help my kids
My kids, age 12 and 13, ski. They train 3 or 4 times a week, and race throughout the year on the dry slope circuit. A couple of weeks ago they raced in the British Championships for slalom racing and last week they raced in the British Skiercross Championships.
We have been able to "fund" this by working for nothing at the local ski club in return for "ski hours".
This winter, they have the opportunity to race, train and do their schooling with the British Ski Academy out in Austria and France. This is a chance that they may never get again, so we are determined to get them there. Also it is the only chance their bedrooms will stay tidy for longer than 5 minutes:rotfl:
What we need
I am not asking any of you for money to help fund this, but if you are able to help with the following we would be immensely grateful:
A local recycling company have offered to buy empty ink cartridges from home printers and office printers from the us. The children are very involved in collecting, making posters, etc etc.
If any of you lovely MSE peeps have any cartridges that you would otherwise throw away, please please please would you consider sending them to us so that we can cash them in.
If anyone wants details of where to send things, please PM me and I will pass on my address.
Thanking you in anticipation, and many many thanks to those who have helped already.
Hypno (and her children) xxx

Hi. I had to subcribe before replying to you. I have several (15-20) magicolor 2300 toner carts and I have been waiting to find a recycling opportunity. I am a skier too and would like to help. If these are any use how can I get them to you. I am in the Holt area of N.Norfolk but come to outer Norwich once a week.
Thanks grahamb, but sadly the 2300 ones do not have any value- the 2400 ones do have value but not the 2300 ones!
Thank you for the offer, though, have a good day!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
