    Buy the Sony android from Richer Sounds 6 years warranty,still one of the best pictures around.
    As its Android u can add Kodi,Show box, Redhat Tv,Modbro and many others giving lots of free options.
    Dont buy LG or Samsung not enough apps in there store,Sony has playstore to download from.

    I am with the OP I was looking for advice on Smart TVs I understood much less than half. What are these external boxes and other things. Where do you get them from ? Did I see a price in on of £650 I had set my budget at £175/200.
