to be honest the built in sound on it is good enough for my needs and wants, so dont need any separate equipment, ok so it might not be good enough for some people, but i have never found it too quiet, and its not tinny to my ears so its all goodDrop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -

Well.. to really make it work you need an SD card, power supply and adapters to connect it to real things. So you need the Mega Kit which is £28.
For £10 more, you can get the new Fire TV stick which comes with a bluetooth, voice controlled, remote control and access to Amazon video/music. It is far more practical in your living room0 -
The other thing to decide on OP, is whether you want to stick with a 1080p set (screen resolution 1920x1080 pixels), or future proof a bit by getting a 4K set (screen resolution 3840x2160 pixels).
All current sources will still work fine on a 4K set.
If you do decide you want 4K, probably better to get a set with HDR (high dynamic range) which will give more realistic colours on 4K material. Or is supposed to anyway.
Obviously 4K costs more than 1080p (but not much nowadays), and 4K HDR costs more than simple 4K.
But if you are confident you won't want to watch any Ultra HD (4K) material within the lifetime of the set, then go for 1080p.0 -
Ah, the magic of Kodi.... It is a two part solution, but is a player (kodi) then a few people put addons like youtube, and other plugins. It has many fans
Yep, lots and lots of people with gutter morals who have no qualms about basically stealing stuff. Thanks to them its likely that the Kodi project will end. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
