Orange Have cancelled my 500 texts

I've not had any problems with Orange, i've always found them to be very helpful and customer orientated.0

My 12 month contract was up in May - 120 mins 250 texts - online offer.
Contacted Orange for phone upgrade - could do but texts would cease after 6 months into contract.
I could have started a new contract again with 120 mins and 250 texts, change number etc.
Was told by Orange Op if didn't want to do this - phone again in June as they had heard that promotions to keep Pay monthly customers were to be introduced but didn't know any details.
Phoned last week, got upgraded phone, same contract no increase and if I remain on same contract the texts will be for life!
