Well I've well and truly blown it already for this month so far. Not been to weigh in for two weeks as I was away on a residential trip with 40 kids last week and because I missed weigh in, I then took it upon myself to stuff myself with every kid of bad food you can imagine.

Paid for it tonight with +6lb :-( I suppose the only upside is, when I got on the scales on Sunday this figure was nearer to the stone mark. Feeling disgusted with myself in all honesty.

    However...
I was awarded Greatest Loser 2017 in my group tonight. Which has given me the boost I needed as I was close to giving up.

    :T esmy and ali .

Don't worry miss teach , getting back on plan, you'll soon see that gain off. Some of it's gone already.

Hope your frittata works well piglet but the thins are a good idea for a taster session. It gives people a chance to taste things to see if they want to buy them.

Its now out from under the grill, transferred to a plate and cooling nicely. Really looks (and smells) good, so hopefully it won't fall apart when I cut it. Its also huge! :D

Have already put the biscuits in my bag to go, too. ;) I had the same thought (I also tried a few things at our last taster session that I've gone on to buy) - and I also thought its the safest way for me to try them...I can have one and move on!! :rotfl:

Brilliant losses Esme and Ali, and well done on the award Miss Teach.

Yesterday I managed fine with my meals, but the chocolate in between was not good :( Need a good day today despite working from home.

    Today's plan:
Breakfast - scrambled eggs and tomatoes
Lunch - ham and cottage cheese salad
Dinner - at mums, so it will be SW friendly
Snacks - cereal bars, fruit and yogurt

    HA - milk
    HB - cereal bars
    Zebras rock

    morning all,

I was so very organised last night but I didn't have any tea in the end as I just wasn't hungry - I had an options white hot chocolate before bed which is 2/3 syns

this morning I had a cup of tea with littlie then sorted us out and was out the door. half way to work before I realised I'd forgotten my breakfast! Not to worry I had a mullerlight I left at work yesterday (was going to go with lunch) it was a melon and mango one so I think free but not 100% on that. Followed by a cup of vanilla rooibos

lunch: rest of yesterdays speedy salad (beetroot, red onion, sweetcorn, hard boiled egg, lettuce, tomato and cucumber) with the rest of my 'coronation chicken'

tea: the others are having tea from the chippy. I will make an omelette (tomato and mushroom served with beans, red cabbage and beetroot)

snacks at work: kiwi, cherries, apple
drinks: rooibos, tea (milk from hea), water

not sure on heb yet. Need some cereal bars for my desk so maybe one/two of those depending on what I can find at lunch

    Morning all,

Feeling Urgh today, bloated and cant be bothered with anything. Suspect I'll be getting a gain this week - usually do just after my period.

My request for feedback went unanswered, pretty rude if you ask me. Since found out that the person that got the job is more junior and most certainly would be doing it for less money. Going on her last salary. Seems to be the way of it these days. But why waste peoples time.

Anyway trying to move on. 5 weeks today I will be sitting on the plane drinking my coffee or wine who knows ha!!

Did you watch the replacement Tete ? I enjoyed the second part of it last night.

Really need to curb my spending now and get some funds together for holiday. As usual the freezer is an on going issue and since I've been dining at the parents mostly I've made no progress with it in weeks!!

Just a quick post to say Lush- you're a star. Rang Newcastle Arena and they tried to palm me off with 'you'll have to wait until tomorrow, there's a pre sale but if you had been eligible you would have known' I'm on Steps mailing list so I received the pre sale links and when I explained she sorted it without quibble.
Very close to the stage :):) and I would never have known to try today so thank you so much!!!

  • +3.5lbs for me this week please :(

Slave to the crazy hormone week again, I've just not stopped eating all week, tbh I was expecting a gain of a lot more - hope to have that off next week! Strangely enough I've gone down a jeans size which I don't understand at all but not complaining :rotfl:

I've not caught up with things on the thread but well done to the losers this week :T dodgy looking hugs fellow gainers and anyone who needs a hug in general :grouphug:

We have a gorgeous sunny day today, hoping to get out in it later on today plus doing a bit of shopping

    Today's EE food should be:

B - cuppas (didn't fancy anything more substantial & not hungry)
L - greggs salad with some grabits chicken & coleslaw (4.5 syns)
T - Gammon grill with wedges and steam veg

Probably some biscuit syns later with a hot choccy :D
