Todays plan for me. Pretty much the same as yesterday:

    B: Tea with HEx Milk
    Snack: Apple
L: Skinny Soup (2.5) 1/4 Melon, FF total Yog with frozen berries
    D: Not sure yet. HExB

Last night we had spinach & chick pea curry from a SW world flavours book. It was yummy and syn free. He did add some paneer for extra goodness for the kids, but I (mostly :o) picked that out!
The naan bread was sinful though.

Well done for losses, PerthLady, kathrynha (woohoo!), Maisie (woohootoo!) and WJN.

Aw, maman, that’s a shame about the WW bread. I didn’t know that; I buy it if it’s YS. However, I do prefer to make my own, it’s just the faff of weighing the slices, although I am pretty good at cutting it (unless it’s still warm).

Oooh, that sounds good, kathrynha. Thanks. I’ll have to see if can find some of that.

I do have a wholemeal roll occasionally, Tete, but they are so little, not much room for filling! I have been known to squash them flatter so that they have the illusion of being bigger than they really are and to make a bit more room!

piglet, the soup was ok and really easy to make. I still will probably make it again, just not regularly.

Tuesday’s plan went well! It’s just a pity I had to inhale all the chocolate I could find (3 bags Maltesers and a flake) and 2 coffee buns and butter!:rotfl::mad:

    Pre- Breakfast: banana
Breakfast: none – out and about for a nice relaxing massage
Lunch: prawn mayo (1) jacket, salad
Dinner: meatballs and pasta and sauce (from a jar because I won’t be home to do my own – need to check how many syns – forgot to do that)
Snacks: [STRIKE]hexa cheese & hexb (prob 2 hifi bars)[/STRIKE] see note above

Syns: 1+ far  far  far  far  far  too many!

    Wednesday:
    Pre- Breakfast: banana
Breakfast: blueberries, strawberries, kiwi, ff nat Greek yogurt, toast (5) and 1 Dairylea light triangle from hexa allowance
Lunch: assorted veg frittata, salad, clementine
Dinner: Turkey Steaks marinated in lemon & garlic with fried potatoes, sugar snap peas & cauliflower, Light & Free yogurt
Snacks: rest of hexa cheese & hexb 2 hifi bars, coffee bun (NO butter) when friend visits (7½)

    Syns: 12 ½

Good day one and all :)

had a rough day food wise yesterday and ended up having a penguin and umpteen chocolate fingers :(

been feeling a bit blah and not going...tmi for some I know. but I resorted to some assistance last night. two sachets and this morning feeling much better.

    Today:
breakfast: heb wholemeal bread topped with some lovely tinned plum tomatoes. cup of tea milk from hea
at work (late start as littlie had her first stay and play at preschool today :O bet no one can remember her being all new...shes's 3 of the 27th guys!): cup of tea milk from hea
lunch: jacket potato (done in microwave) with my new favourite 'coronation' chicken (bought some free cooked chicken piece last night, stirred in with quark and mild curry powder - so good! and lots of protein!) and I'm going to buy a salad box from the sandwich shop so will have lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and a boiled egg with it
tea: think I will either have baked fish fillet with veggies or maybe a tomato omelette (need to go get more mushrooms and ham at some point!)

need to nip to town and pick up some leave in conditioner for littlie but need to make that trip super fast due to my late start (even though work owe me 10 zillion hours!)

oh and I got Steps reunion tour tickets yesterday (I bought them then hubs decided he'd pay me for them as part of my birthday...even though my birthday isn't until july and the concert isn't until November!) really excited and he keeps laughing at me :P

don't feel like I will lose this week but going to try hard for a coupe of days to salvage the week then move on

It is completely possible to do SW on processed foods- I lost 6 stone on microwave friendly foods :D

It is possible MrsR and you've proved it but you didn't just eat a load of junk. You found healthy ready meals and used your syns where needed. I'm sure you'll fit into your awards dress. Just keep looking at it and remembering how good you look in it.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold meat, fried veg and pickle(cornichons and pickled cabbage)
D: Austrian ham hash (carrots, onions, leeks, mushrooms, celery) with cauli
Syns: may sprinkle some cheese on hash but hoping to get it from HEA

call the arena - there was a steps fanclub presale yesterday via ticketmaster and another site but most venues handle their own accessible tickets. I called Leeds first direct arena and got a wheelchair + 1 companion within 2 mins but I wasn't the first. there's another presale today :)

on my own in the office so can't wait to get out and stretch a bit on my speedy walk!

Does anyone here have a partner that feels threatened by your weight loss?

The reason I'm asking is that my hubby is constantly saying that I'm seeing somebody else if I don't want to pay him much attention, if I'm tired after work etc.

Last night we rowed and I went to bed just after 10.00 to watch some TV for a bit.

He apologised this morning and said he won't say these things again, but I'm not so sure....

    Any comments would be welcomed.

Bit late to the party today! It's been a busy one. We're about to start decorating the spare bedroom and need to get it done in the next couple of weeks before DH's wrist op and delivery of new bed.

So first thing after breakfast was a trip to the tip. Unfortunately DH's car wouldn't start so weren't able to take the matress but everything else fitted into my car with the seats down (I've only got a little Aygo!) after DH cut the headboard in half.

Took the opportunity to pick up a few bits in Mr Ts so save me getting them tomorrow after group. Will only need to pick up milk, bread & veg.

Been cooking all afternoon, most of which is for tasters tomorrow, although DH wanted a fruit roulade so made one of those too.

LLS - I'm another who remembers littlie being born. Hard to believe it's nearly 3 years! Shows how long we've all been around on this thread.

    Today is a Green day:

B - stuffed mushroom with couscous & 1 Laughing Cow triangle (part HEA2)
L - sweet potato with beans - sorry Maman no Speed!
D - mac & cheese (HEB1); butternut squash chips; kale
    S - 4 Ryvita (HEB2); 2 Laughing Cow triangles (part HEA2)

    HEA1 - milk in tea
    HEA2 - 3 Laughing Cow triangles (0.5 HEA); extra milk (0.5 HEA)
    HEB1 - 30g cheddar
    HEB2 - 4 Ryvita

Syns - SW choc brownies (0.5)

Have decided I won't syn the roulade as it used to be free (without using baking powder) even though it's now syns since SW decided, in their wisdom, to give sweetner syns.
