Afternoon everyone
Hope everyone has stayed safe. We're not in the worst hit part of the country and locally it's been awful - double decker bus has blown over into a field, 3 lorries all collided (3 people taken to hospital some serious injuries), lorry has gone over onto a car, numerous trees gone over some onto roads blocking them, some luckily just uprooted but not gone over onto anything, at some point all main routes here have been shut/are still shut - glad I decided to go out first thing this morning and got home and stayed home! Hoping everyone is going to be ok. It's so flat here the wind just rattles across the fields.
Keep safe and well x

Evening all,
Busy day for me, both in the house and with my Grandson. Managed to get everything done that i wanted to except the kitchen floor. I'm too tired to do it now. It can wait.
Storm Doris.... I'm minus 2 fence panels. They are in a neighbours garden. Its his side anyway but ive got to be careful that my hounds dont get down the garden as they arent that fussy where they poop.
A quiet evening on my pc before bed. I think i'll sleep well. I'm yawning already.:oThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Easy brownie recipe
550g unsalted butter softened
750 caster sugar
200g dark chocolate cut into small pieces
8 eggs
200g SR flour
150g cocoa
Place all ingrediants in a mixing bowl and mix.
Pour into baking tray and bake for 30 mins it may need a further 5 - 10 mins.
This makes a huge tray of brownies (we make massive tray bakes at work ) but you could halve the recipe xx
