Life is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.

just be careful that peanut butter doesn't have too much added sugar. that's why i use the dog specific peamutt butter but my organic stuff is the same - pure nuts and no added sugar!

  • Thanks surjb2, it looks as if the antibiotics are working as he is very lively tonight .
  • My dog has to take 6 tablets a day for osteosarcoma, and he hates them. We tried everything and eventually found that he will wolf down the small trays of dog food which resemble pate rather than the type with chunks / meaty bits. We shove the tablets into the pate and he's inhaled the food before he even realises the tablets are there :D

Can you grind them up and mix them into his food that way? That's what I had to do with my cat.
    :p
  • Thanks Beanie, Thankfully the tablets can be divided into 4 bits so I managed to get him to eat them mixed in with his food. He has his appetite back now which has helped a lot.
  • I always put my dogs tablets in dairylea triangles, he wolfs them down and dosent seem to even notice the tablet!
  • Thank you Quizzical Squirrel and threeyedraven.
