Thanks for that link. I did think he wasn't a proper company but he has hundreds of 5 star reviews almost one every day of real people from facebook thanking him for winning their appeal. I know someone who he didn't win for gave him 1 star but overall he seemed to be genuinely winning for people.
I'm good at getting my point across so will probably appeal all by myself, just would have been nice to have some legal jargon quotes added to my case.
    Thanks again for your help

Thank you to everyone who has helped me with this. I have just received an email from Napier saying that although they still believe the attendant was correct in issuing the charge that they have revised my case and on this occasion they have decided to cancel the charge and in the future I do not leave the site.

I have been that stressed over this that my son and best friend even offered to lend me the money to just pay to give me peace of mind and although that would have been an easy option it was the fact that I truly didn't do anything wrong on this occasion.

Like I said before I still have lots of money problems at the moment (laptop repair costing me £60, work boss telling me I've lost out on £192 worth of holiday pay because they haven't any available holiday time left for staff now amongst other things) so this is such a massive relief and once again I'd like to thank you all.

    Good, well done!

Now we know Napier (Hello Mr de Savaray) read forums - so was this email in response to another one you'd recently sent? I wonder if he read your honest account here. He may have done. They were on a sticky wicket with that evidence, so much so that this was the first case I've suggested an IAS appeal over in a year or so! Their photo of the woman that wasn't you, going to get a trolley (in the other direction from the exit) was dire!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    WELL DONE

You need to read between the lines.
If they really thought the attendant was correct, why would they cancel it ???

That's a load of old tosh ...... They know the attendant was WRONG

The de Savarys are not fools, they must have realised that they were on a hiding to nothing here.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Well there doesn't appear to be any advertising consent for their signs according to the Boston Borough Council Planning site.

First read the sticky threads especially one that tells Newbies to read it first. Secondly start your own thread as people may not read this one thinking it has been resolved.

Edited to say it looks like the post I was replying to has been deleted.
