OK, so NtK was in time, so that rules that out. They will need to prove that you left the site and for that they will need site plans, signs etc. If it gets to court, so will you, I think, but plenty of time.

Can you let us know what town and street this site is at so we can use Google Earth.

The more photos etc you can get the better.

I've just uploaded pic of sign but not sure it's uploaded correctly. If it has I will upload pics taken from Google Earth and of the car park, shelter, etc.

Interesting. Their notice only makes you liable for a charge if you break one of the conditions specified under the £90 charge. Leaving the site is NOT one of these, so that must be one of your appeal points. (They do say that leaving site may make you liable, but the writing is so small in comparison to the other t&c that is could easily be missed - small print )

As Guys Dad says - the £90 charge only applies in the circumstances stated below it. That's what the sign says.

None of those terms are about leaving the site or even 'going to get a trolley'.

Hmmmm...maybe, maybe, one to try at IAS. Unusual.

Astonishing term hidden in there says you have to buy a new ticket if YOUR PASSENGER leaves the store!

That's what I thought, although it does say failing to display a valid ticket, and as explained above apparently once you leave the store you need to get a new ticket.

How I could get a trolley without leaving the store I don't know. Keep looking at the photo and the more I look the more I don't even think it's even me. :mad:
