Thanks for all the replies I do appreciate it, I looked through all the threads I can, I went back on the NCP website to see if I could find details of my appeal, I tried appealing again asking for proof of their decision with a date on, just to see if I would receive a confirmation email, which I did not, so I don't know how to prove I appealed to be honest?.I am prepared to fight this but I just need to know what to do next, do I just ignore ZZPS letters from now on?0

I just appealed on the NCP website, it takes you to an appeal page, you don't email them directly, you fill a form in and just press submit at the end, you then get a page saying you have appealed with your original PCN number.0

I have just checked all my emails spam etc and no email from them at all, and no letter received through the post.0

...but we really don't need any threads about NCP and debt recovery letters and nor do you need to start one, they are so astoundingly easy to beat at POPLA (or ignore if it's too late for POPLA) that there is nothing to chew over that hasn't already been said here.

i'm not sure if my case is the same......I park in a NCP car park which i pay monthly for a pass. However, it seems that my monthly pass was not displayed although i have proof that i paid the amount by DD. Should i follow the same advice mentioned. I know this is a different case but I couldn't find the 'new thread' area. the balance owed is £145 and the parking event is "parking permit displayed expired". Should i ignore it or contact them?0

Please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky which will start you off on this process. NCP are easy to beat - but not by ignoring them. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'm not ignoring NCP but they seem to ignore me, I haven't heard from them since they sent the original 'fine', this is where i'm getting stuck, I've tried to contact NCP three times but no reply, now I have a debt recovery company on my back ZZPS0
