Car accident

Always makes me chuckle ' she was speeding ' you was reversing. I've always wanted Eagle eyes0
-
The alley is not that long so she must have driven off when i was pulling out and bang
If its not that long then she was unlikely to be speeding. By the same token she may have seen you and realised that she would hit you, so sped up to try and get around you before you carelessly carried on reversing right across the road, where she would hit you full on in the side.
Upshot is you reversed out in front of her without noticing that she was there.
Maybe in future reverse in so that you can then pull out forwards.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0 -
It is easy for you to say this when you have not seen !!!! all
Anyways I justed want some opinion and know i wasn't at fault
Camera mounted on house walls shows i was constantly looking at both side of the road and did not see her.
It also shows she was speeding up and breaks right before hitting the car
Further more, i played the footage back with a player which shows it in millisecond.
Distance travelled in that millisecond shows she was over 45 mph on a 30 mph street!!0 -
Where abouts did they hit you on your car?All your base are belong to us.0

It was18.5 meters in 0.9 which is equivelent of 45 mph0

Y car was 3 meters on the main road when thy clipped my tow bar0

Well you've had plenty of opinion and most of it says you were at fault. My opinion is you were entirely to blame as you pulled out in front of another vehicle which you didn't see.Anyways I justed want some opinion and know i wasn't at fault
But matters not a jot what some random punters on an internet forum thinks, the insurance companies will come to their own decision.0 -
Perhaps you could share the video. It would be easier to appreciate what happened that way
Another vote to reverse into driveway from now on so you can pull out forwards0 -
I don't want to post the video for privacy reasons but will let you know what the insurance decision was0

That's a very aggressive attitude towards people who are just trying to give you honest and helpful advice.
You are almost certainly not going to be able to convince an insurance company (or a court) you were not at fault. You entered the road without spotting an oncoming car that had right of way. The fact you claim the car was accelerating to 45mph but you still didn't notice it almost makes it even worse - fast moving objects draw our attention more, and at that speed you should have been able to hear it as well as see it.
You may be able to claim that the other's car speed was a factor - look up "contributory negligence". But you're never going to be able to shift the blame 100% to the other party.
Remember that your calculations using the video feed will have a significant margin for error (at least 10% would be reasonable). You've said the speed limit was both 20mph and 30mph in different posts. If 30, I don't think 40mph (after margin for error) would be enough to prove contributory negligence.0
