I'm in danger of becoming a house hunting bore already SM. It's all I think about. I think I'm dreaming about houses at the moment.A bit late to the party (typical for me!) but I'm here now and following your new adventures
xx
Greent - yay! Not late at all, I'm just off to a quick start.

Hi Tropically - I know, it's ridiculous isn't it, but Mr F is funny about things like that and if it keeps him happyin_need_of_direction wrote: »Hi fortune, hoping I can join the party. Best wishes for the journey.

Things didn't go exactly to plan today. Mr F is in the middle of a big project and sent out an email requesting some admin help about two weeks ago. He's been chasing it every since. Today, after being passed through about eight people, it found its way back to him. It came with a note from his Director asking if Mr F could do the work himself  He now has a couple of days to produce a huge amount of documentation  So I've been helping. Spent the whole afternoon working on the task and haven't even finished one of the three documents required yet
It's straightforward, mundane stuff - there's just a lot of it.
Anyhoo, I didn't get to complete as much towards the house move as I'd planned:- 10 floppy discs dispatched
- 10 pieces of paper filed
- 1 file reviewed
- reviewed the paperwork from the Estate Agent and made a note of queries
- researched Financial Adviser's background and company - he passed
- reviewed conveyancing quote and made a note of queries
- £8 received from a FB sale :T
Lunch was Roasted Squash & Red Onion Pasta. Supper should have been a Beetroot Risotto but I worked on Mr F's documents until late so we decided on a cheeky fish and chips instead. We haven't spent much of the fun money this month so costs will be met from that.
I shall be dreaming about Excel spreadsheets tonight. Will make a change from houses I suppose :rotfl:
Sleep well

Hey Brizzle! It's been really hard trying to choose an area because we are not tied and there are so many beautiful places in the UK. We decided on Shropshire in the end because it's about half way between family in the North and friends in the South. Plus it's the least populated county in England and we like the sound of that  You could come and live near me thoughLove reading your diary. Good luck with your exciting plans.
Thank you CBS. So lovely to have company on the journey.

I've been interrupted by Mr F's project work again today but I've finished it :j Mr F seems much less stressed now so it was all worth it.
41 floppy discs have been dispatched :T Mr F beat me to the shower this morning so, while I was waiting, I decided to get rid of them all :T I'm glad to see the back of them - taking them apart was ruining my nail varnish :rotfl:
We had the leftover squash pasta for lunch and I've had some pate that needed using up with toast for supper. Mr F went off to a business dinner so I didn't have to worry about him.
No room cleaning or filing has been achieved so that's my priority for tomorrow. Oh the glamour of my life :rotfl:
