How do I get an O2 unlocked .. o2 not helping

If it's genuinely locked to O2 try the online form

When I got my S7 (admittedly directly from O2) I completed the form and had an unlock code in under an hour.
I don't know what their call centres are like but in my experience live chat will tell you just what you want to hear even if it's wrong or impossible.0
