Perhaps you should rethink before posting 'facts' if they're actually just your opinion (especially if they're wrong).0 -

Is there actually something wrong with you ? I do not know who you talk to like that where you come from but you will certainly do it to me, You seem very self righteous and want to cause issues for people what a sad life you lead.0 -

I've copied and pasted because surprisingly that's exactly what I was thinking about you. (except for your typo of course)
You need to get out more and stop boring people on here.
Have a nice day
Edit: I've put you on my ignore list as life's too short to waste on people like yourself so rant on buddy.0 -
I'm of the opinion its definitely best to ask for the PAC first. Don't have to be rude about it, and it's just a normal part of their business, but it saves everyone's time by not !!!!!footing around.
O "Hello, how can I help?"
C "Hi, I'd like to request my PAC please"
O "Certainly, I can do that for you. Are you thinking of leaving us?..."
Then you can go through the normal retentions stuff, if they can offer you a sweet enough deal to stay, then great, you can tell them not to bother with the PAC, if not they have to give you the code.3.6 kW PV in the Midlands - 9x Sharp 400W black panels - 6x facing SE and 3x facing SW, Solaredge Optimisers and Inverter. 400W Derril Water (one day).
