Price Increase with Sky

I did state this in my post, as it's odd to have a cheaper deal on a shorter commitment.
As you an see in the link, there is no £27 offer; just £27.50 or the 12 month deal.0 -
Please can I get some advice. I have sky tv, phone and broadband and the email I received said call and broadband charges were to increase. I have just got off the phone from sky and they claim that I can only cancel telephone and broadband penalty free because they are the only services affected by the increase! I explained that I believed that to be rubbish, I have 1 contract for all services and they are changing the terms of the contract.0

When I called they said I could cancel tv penalty free. however i've decided to keep tv part of deal as I get 60% discount. broadband and home phone goes in March0

As said above, tv and phone/broadband contracts are separate, though , recently they seem to have been offering better deals if people extend their tv term (However, if the extension is at full price and not at one's current special offer rate, it's not such a good deal ).
Recent surveys about pricing and structuring, done on behalf of Sky, suggest that future contracts may be combinations. This could make leaving because of a price rise in one easier, but make cancelling one service more difficult because the special rate for one depends on having all services. (Rather like Sky's old system of losing discount on broadband if you didn't have tv and/or their line. Both made ADSL £7.50, just line £10 and neither £15)0
