My £100 loaded pure card also never turned up after swapping to BT Broadband in August.
2 months later after doing a bit of digging on Google you in fact had to "claim" it online before it was sent out to You!!
I was very lucky to activate this in October just 3 days before my card offer would have expired.
Once claimed online you could track delivery of it though.0 -
BT have been a terrible company for quality and service. It has UK operators, but I would never go back. Never had problems with EE but I would not use them again if they are with BT.0
