Thanks to everyone wishing me luck seeing a more sympathetic doctor today, it's very much appreciated - I feel a lot better already! I've been comping like a madwoman all weekend trying to take my mind off of the pain and luckily won a hobgoblin shirt from one of the daily instant wins as well as a book from goodreads so I'm very happy today.

Well done Rose, fire**fly and 3forholidays on your wins! I wish you all many more.

We have had great weather but that is due to end this afternoon when the rain is due to arrive and stay (if the forecast is right)
Have been out working in the garden too Alfie - 2 out of 3 flower beds all weeded and lawns mowed.
Washing all up to date, "just" the ironing to do now. Been leaving it until the rain comes.
Not managed many comps yet though as been so busy.

Well done on the wins zeezee. DH was pleased with the Wychwood T-shirt I won last month.

Well done on the mug and soup win 3for. We are saving ours to take on our next caravan holiday. We don't usually buy tinned soup as DH makes it in soup maker unless it is lentil and then I make it in a pan. Really handy to take away though for lunch when on holiday.

Great everyone had a good Mother's Day.

Well we are home. Drove home through fog yesterday evening. Was quite dense at one point.

We had a great time with GKs and were so lucky with the weather. They enjoyed the puppet play Peter and the Wolf, with all the musical instruments. Afterwards we took them out to a barn with animals and a cafe and a play area.

We are off to an Irish singer tonight so something different. I've firgotten his name. Just hope I can stop sneezing. Hay fever has come with a vengeance.

Wingo how upsetting about the dog next door. Really bad for the dog and you all should not have to have sleepless nights. If it's the neighbour who you have had noise from before you are not likely to get far but its neglect.

Well big clock on mantle piece still says seven instead of eight - this time change takes a bit if getting used to.

Opened the delivery box from Addis and its four special lunch boxes all different shapes and sizes and something to hold a drink. Even one for a small baguette. Never seen anything like it. Will have to go and try to find the posting to thank op.

I'm late popping in as usual!
Thanks everyone regarding dog issue. I was talking to neighbour from other side of her and she told me someone has reported her anyway for leaving dog home alone hours on end in the house. I think she must think I've reported her as she totally blanked me yesterday. She was already on a warning from having music playing all hours of the morning!

Did you get the Nescaf! trial for buzz fire**fly? I got mine yesterday, a box of caramel latte, a box of double choc mocha and a box of cappuccino! I've tried them and they're lovely, especially caramel latte

Thanks Sylvia, that's only one of DD's tumbles but she does somersaults too. I often think I can do them when I'm drunk!

You know when you feel so tired but you won't go to bed cos you know you're not gonna sleep! That's me! I wish I could get into a normal routine.

The coffee sounds lovely wingo. Hope your neighbour startrs treating her dog better now. Don't know why people have pets when they don't look after them properly. I like animals but wouldn't have any as we go away too much.

Did all my ironing last night! Going to wash some floors today I think Won't be able to garden anyway. Glad we got on top of the front garden the last few days - looks much tidier.

Looks as though it rained in the night here. Fine but dull now.

We had a great evening last night. The singer was Tommy Fleming, singing mainly Irish folk, songs with two brilliant musicians. We had brilliant seats in centre of third row. It wasn't something we would have chosen but really enjoyed it. Great evening with our friends.

Ho Sheils I have to catch up with laundry today great you have. All yours done.

Hope it didn't take you too long to get to sleep Wingo. It's a shame about your neighbour, it's hard when people blank you. She has no respect for anyone or anything. Good someone has reported her re dog.
