Evening peeps. Goodness it is cold here. No snow but pavements are like glass. Going to stick a film on in a minute as TV progs are rubbish.

Thanks everyone re DD. We are very proud of how she is doing.

We are going to have porridge with blueberries this morning Alfie.
Feeling cold here too although thankfully no more snow forecast for here.
The forecast for Chester (and Wales) is still pretty bad so glad we managed to cancel. Looking forward to Southport on Monday instead now although they are having snow on Sunday too so hope they have it cleared before we get there on Monday!

What a difference a day makes! From a chilly but bright and
beautiful day yesterday to a very wet yet mild weather start
today.


I'm so pleased that my lovely window cleaner managed to
pop round yesterday while it was decent weather.


It's still quite dark outside but apparently rain will ease off
late morning. :T


I hope no one has been badly affected by snow. I spoke to
my daughter yesterday and they had weather warnings re
heavy snowfalls today! :eek:





Well I must get on, got to go out this morning so best have
brolly and wellies at the ready!

We woke to a very thin layer of snow everywhere and its cold. Saw some pictures of Chester and lots of other places with lots of snow yesterday.
Take care Alfie and anyone who has to go out.

Here iPad battery completely died last week. DH tried since the summer to obtain a new Apple ID password. They don't do it at the store anymore and the phone calls are endless plus their message didn't come through on our phone. Last week we did get messages only to tell us we will be sent an iD on the 19th December. Im sure if I go to store for a new iPad battery they will want to know the ID password. So I'm on laptop and its so much harder on the hands. At least I have the laptop. Felt sorry for ID workers with DH trying to hear them. He's still not been for hearing test.

It look me ages yesterday going through the comps for today and I thought I had already done a lot of them. So only been dipping into the advents. Its a case of being happy with what one can do.

Yesterday I had a WEM for a Goodreads. I haven't been entering many as not seen books id like to read lately. So now have a few for hibernation time.

its snowing again now but don't think it will last long here.
