It's a debt collector letter. The client is ZZPS, a debt collector who cannot take anyone to court, and is signed by Tim Walker which as C-m has already says is from a debt collector.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

sorry to revive this old thread, but can you update on the outcome? did they eventually drop it there or did you pay the evil bunch.0

Hi sorry I didn’t update this! They gave up as far as I know, the letters just stopped coming. I assume as it’s now been so long and they haven’t sent anything it will be closed and they haven’t got a leg to stand on/bring it back up?0

OH, get off your dream cloud, they can attack you up to 6 years later which they do. It might not happen to you, nobody knows
All depends if the tea boy says they are out of tea and coffee, then the boss looks at who has not paid.0 -
Not all PPCs sue, so maybe they gave up. But they have 6 years to sue over it, and many do.
I hope you haven't moved house & not told them, so they can get a stealth CCJ behind your back?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I haven’t moved so don’t think any stealth move there yet. But if I did would I have to contact them to do so? I wouldn’t be keen to remind them to be honest if the situation. Would just updating the place my vehicle is registered to suffice in covering my back?0

No.
Simply because the PPC cannot ask the DVLA for keeper details more than one per incident.0
