What I find with these mega sub zero screenwashes is yes it may not freeze in the washer bottle, but the tubes and the spray nozzles on bonnet still freeze over.0

You must be mixing them wrong. Thats the whole point in them - that they dont freeze in the tubes.0 -

Yup - I agree with motorguy - I think you have that completely back to front.0 -

If you’re tempted to squirt a few drops of washing up liquid into your car’s screen wash reservoir, we wouldn’t recommend doing so. While household cleaners are great for cleaning up dirt and grime around the home, they’re not fit for use on cars, and contain harsh chemicals which can damage paintwork and other metallic surfaces. Not only that, but household cleaning products offer zero protection against freezing, leaving you in a right old mess when the temperature drops.
I wouldn't advocate one does either, but the scare lines you put are close to BS.
Any impurity in water reduces the freezing point.
Many car cleaning products are variants of kitchen cleaners and vice versa.
Chrome cleaners , aluminium cleaner, multi purpose cleaner, furniture polish , glass cleaner , rinse aid ,to name a few.0 -

But if you mix it strong enough, it should still not freeze. If your car is one of those poorly-enough designed to have a big problem (I had an early 45-shape Rover 400 back in the day, and it was terrible for it), then you simply need to mix it stronger than the thermometer suggests.0 -
Has anyone used the B&M one?0
