So does the letter say you lost? It isn't funny, I'm surprised you haven't checked the forum in between and realised that Wright Hassall were (astonishingly) let loose on stayed POPLA decisions:

You can either:

- pay
- name the driver (if different) to start the whole appeal again (and PE probably would) but the driver's appeal would NOT include 'no GPEOL' as that has gone.
- wait to see what happens and defend a small claim
- URGENTLY complain to Welcome Break, to the site manager of that Service station, because you said:

I received a ticket from over 2 years ago for parking in a service station for more than 3 hours. I had a genuine reason for it - I was ill and passed out.
