It is a letter before a county court claim. They just mention the popla decision. I haven't heard from popla in several months.

As already advised then - urgent email to PE's enforcement team - also as it's WB, a complaint phone call/email to the WB site Manager immediately, easy to Google.

    Urgent.

I've sent a complaint email to PE asking for evidence of POPLA's decision. I'll call the manager tomorrow.

OP you do need to make sure the ppc cannot identify you from the letter you uploaded - but they can do so (date and location of where and when this all happened)

We know the ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you once they have identified you!
  • by the time they reply to the OP , she (or he) will be waving at "parking eye towers" from 30,000 ft

perhaps a subject request (£10?) might slow them down even longer ,be sure to include your US address for reply

I've received an email from Parking Eye with a letter from POPLA attached. Funnily enough, the guy that signed it is called 'Wright Hassall' - you couldn't make it up. They've rejected my appeal. What would you suggest I do now?
