I think he wants advice on where to find an advice thread. I'd advise him to ask for advice on the Marriages, etc. board, as there's sure to be lots of advisers being advisory on there.
That's my advice, anyway.(I just lurve spiders!)

Perhaps he needs advice on where his thread has been moved.:)0 -
I would only offer actual advice (as opposed to opinion) on a subject where I had some professional expertise. I have done so on many occasions, hopefully helping those who have sought such advice.
However, sadly things have changed on the forums over the last year or so, and it is quite common to be flamed for giving accurate advice by some posters who have no knowledge of something, just an opinion as to what the law should be in their view. Consequently, this has made me think long and hard before bothering now. My advice has been sought via PM on occasions and I have been happy to assist several people that way without the involvement of taproom experts.:dance:We're gonna be alright, dancin' on a Saturday night:dance:0 -

There are lots of reference to "advice", for example:
"If you're discussing a topic you have a professional knowledge of you can make that clear, but please don't give "advice". We don't have the resources to check what you say is correct and would hate to hear something had happened to someone reading it."0 -

This seems to happen a lot on the Health Board0
