why is there not an advice forum on here?

I'm pretty sure there are boards covering everything . .

I think most boards on MSE, other than the Arms and DT, are advice boards

now you say it, i suppose they are. however, it would be nice to have a forum dedicated to general life advice where people could post for advice about anything & everything.

advice on anything. something like digital spy's advice forum. where anyone can go to post for advice. sometimes certain forums here don't have as much traffic as others do, and advice & discussion forums usually have a high level of traffic.

MSE has lots of advice forums.
What ever you might want advice on will fit into one of the categories here.
