Password after sleep

Options
I have a new laptop that I have used the 'netplwiz' command to stop the computer needing a password at bootup.

However I still have to enter a password when the computer returns from sleep.

How can I change this to not needing a password?

If you dont want to have to enter a password at startup, or after returning from sleep ..

    Why have a password ??

    http://www.tenuser.com/config/users/password.htm#remove
  • Select Start button, Settings, Accounts, Sign In Options,

    You should see:

    Require Sign-In
If you have been away, when should Windows require you to sign in again?

It probably shows When PC wakes up from sleep

    Change that to 'never'

My neighbours do not live that close and I know my WiFi doesn't reach all over my house and so does not get outside.

I need a booster to access several rooms away from my modem.

    What is "script kiddies"?

Usually teenagers that run hacking scripts that they find (easily) on the internet (that have been created by proper hackers)
With the aim of picking any low hanging fruit they can find.

    Your fruit hangs VERY low

If anyone parks outside my property they would stand out very quickly (the road is some distance away) but would probably die of boredom or would be pounced on.
How far away do these things work?
