I have a new laptop that I have used the 'netplwiz' command to stop the computer needing a password at bootup.
However I still have to enter a password when the computer returns from sleep.
How can I change this to not needing a password?
HP laptop Win 10 Firefox

If you dont want to have to enter a password at startup, or after returning from sleep ..
Why have a password ??

Select Start button, Settings, Accounts, Sign In Options,
You should see:
Require Sign-In
If you have been away, when should Windows require you to sign in again?
It probably shows When PC wakes up from sleep
Change that to 'never'0 -

What is "script kiddies"?
Usually teenagers that run hacking scripts that they find (easily) on the internet (that have been created by proper hackers)
With the aim of picking any low hanging fruit they can find.
Your fruit hangs VERY lowMy neighbours do not live that close and I know my WiFi doesn't reach all over my house
Beware any cars parked outside with half a pringle tin protruding from the window
edit : what was your address again ??0 -
