Email Notification

Hi, for as long as I can remember I have had an issue receiving email when someone comments on a thread I have subscribed to. My email address in settings is correct, I choose"instant email notification" on threads I post, and I have checked my junk folder, however I just don't get the emails.

Any ideas?

Could be lots of things.

Do you have a second email address e.g. hotmail or gmail (i.e. another provider) - change setting to that and see if they arrive? And update us.

I've done that already, actually had a hotmail one in my settings originally, but because I don't use this very often, I changed to my current (GMAIL) email address.

Apologies if you have tried - take a check of your gmail settings under Filters & Blocks just in case.
