I have posted several times in site feedback, but I have no answer.
I changed my avatar a while ago, I could see a change in my profile, but no change on my posts.
A couple of day's ago it just changed in my posts, but others, who I know have changed theirs, remain unchanged. I get no email alerts to thread subscriptions, no email alerts to PM's. I have no idea why this has happened. I did try changing my skin to the old green one, but I could not get on with that style. I am no techie expert by far, but would like some advice please.

As for emails, that probably spam filters.

NOT a complaint, just a confusion.
I always received email alerts before, then in December they suddenly stopped.
I was wondering if it was my web browser? I use Google Chrome.

The updated avatar not showing was possibly just your browser showing the old avatar from it's cache. You could try clearing the cache (tools/options > history > clear browsing data > cached images), to see if it then shows the other updated avatars.

What email do you use? As strider590 says, check to see your email alerts aren't ending up in your spam folder. If not, in the User CP for this forum, are the relevant boxes definitely still ticked for Private Messaging email notifications and subscriptions? If so, you could also try unticking them all, then logging out of the forum, clearing your cookies for the forum, and then logging back in and then re-selecting the email notifications.

I just knew that if I asked the experts, they would help.
I started a thread at the Arms called HOW. So many people with problems, that never think to post here. Now if I see a problem similar, I will post this as a link.
