Excellent idea benjus ... so you sit on the loo and this is fixed near enough to reach ... all I need now is a big toilet to accommodate my big bum 2 hands and a shower head ... must be possible, damn site cheaper as well.
... grenage, good idea as well I doubt I could find someone to do it !0 -

Just sit forward slightly and there should be plenty of room to get the shower head behind you - and you don't need to use both hands...Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0 -

Although the parts of the world where it's standard tend to be somewhat warmer climates, so less need for the thermostatic option.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks

You can buy a plastic bowl to fit into the top of the bowl. £6 to £10.
I have one of those shower things, which fits on the bath or washbasin monobloc tap, but bought it as a dog shower. The stream can be rather rapid though and quite messy if you point it in the wrong direction.0 -
Take your point on the non flushing of wet wipes roger. I couldn't clean my "walnut" without them, so it is into a little covered container alongside loo, and then disposed of with the rubbish.0
