Nope, you can use a POPLA code through to the weekend (honestly) where day 28 is a Thursday. Been there done that several times! End of Sunday is your cut off (although it would work longer I would not push it beyond Sunday).

I think my appeal ok. Is OK to add pics on appeal as web links such as photobucket.

I prefer to embed them all into one pretty PDF, illustrated to keep the Assessor awake. I don't favour separate uploads of pics to POPLA as these Assessors might have to click between pages and not see the relevance.

You appeal looks absolutely fine as long as you've altered it to bring the points #8 and #9 up, to become point #1 that there is no evidence that the occupants of the car left the site.

And then add the contents of your post #33 into the signage points. I find an easy way to embed photos in the right place without faffing can be to screenshot them, then in a blank new word document, paste, then crop and stretch/zoom in to the relevant part of the image, then copy & paste that cropped pic straight into your work-in-progress document. Then you can fine-tune & re-size the pic to make sure your wording doesn't get oddly knocked half onto the next page.

Then add the next pic and a line about it, like in your post #33. Embedded photos to illustrate the point you are making - not links.

Hi, I have found your thread incredibly useful and plan to use most of your appeal but you didn't post what you wrote about their evidence of whether you actually left your car or not? I think this is a really relevant point and would love your advice on how you worded that section as that is something I want to use in my appeal to Popla.

    Thanks.
