As above, definitely edit your first post.

There are some template appeal points in post 3 of the NEWBIES thread, so you should start your research there.

Nearly. Remove OH. (Not literally of course.) Just get into the habit of referring to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two completely different people as far as anyone is concerned.

Probably OK. Personally I wouldn't tell anyone that my OH was driving or parked.

thanks, but not sure what angle to tackle this from. am i best doing it from the registered keepers point of view but not supply who was driving.

Yes. Arguing 'no keeper liability' as part of it. Premier Park ones are odd though because POPLA has mistakenly decided that 'within 29 days' is OK and they will not back down from that horrendous error of judgement. POPLA appear to think they can reinterpret the statute, against a consumer, when they cannot.

You will find recent POPLA appeals about PP on pepipoo forum, they have had several recently.

You can also use the templates POPLA appeal points in the MSE NEWBIES thread post #3 then expand the long section on dodgy signs, even more, by embedding your own pics and commenting about the signs being unreadable.

could you explain coupon what the "with in 29 days, is ok" and why PP are odd?

does it mean that i have longer than 29 days to appeal to popla

i will go and look on peepio laters
