Just want to check something.
I've looked on other postings..mainly Lamilads, where he confirms he has issued his WS to the court + his bundle. My bundle is appended to my SA, which will go in last moment...just checking that this is all correct. My WS is a 3 page (13 point) document. Bit confused over the bundle on Lamilads...assuming he didn't do a SA on his 1st case.cm620 -

Yes...but my bundle is referenced in my Skeleton Arguement not my witness statement. So the documents like the Beavis bundle won't be mentioned in the WS. That's what's eeking me. Sorry...just want to get it right.cm620

I would put a paragraph in your WS that says something like:
"To assist the court the defence will provide a skeleton argument outlining the reasons this claim is disputed. In support of this I adduce the following exhibits into evidence:-
"

So the documents like the Beavis bundle
Do you mean case law, the Beavis case itself?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes CM, generally all the case law/other info you kindly detailed out for me. There are over 150 pages of some, so my question was do all these docs go with the WS even though there is no mention of them in it. Lamilad has kindly given me so direction on that.cm620

I would file the exhibits and evidence with the WS, yes.
150 pages should be avoided though...what has 150 pages? You don't need the Beavis case decision in full (if at all).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not sure why you have included PoFA when your case is pre PoFA0
