Lamilad....going back to submission of documents. WS to both 14 days prior to date of hearing and SA also to both 3 or 4 days before. Post or Email ? ....cm620

I'm a tad worried at the moment, the date for our hearing is the 27th June. I am away most of the previous week in Ireland, I assume this is when I may receive the claimant Witness Statement (as they always seem to be last minute) I will have no time to pick holes in it in my Skeleton Argument. I travel on the Tuesday and had intended putting in my SA before I went. Thoughts pleasecm620

I would deliver the court copy by hand. Skipton court has a secure document drop off point (basically a large letter box) so you don't have to go in and get molested by the security guard.
Email claimant copy to BWL, and copy yourself in. Attach the docs but also upload them to Dropbox and include the link in case their server can't handle large emails.
You are correct about timings.0 -

Wouldn't hurt to email BWL to specifically request your copy is served by email0 -
Ok, many thanks Lamilad. Hopefully will receive their WS before I leave...they don't have our email address...but may do very soon. I will take my laptop with me and try to upload whatever I can.cm620

Yep, just set up Gmail address...just looked through all my BW Letters. Crikey a different email address with each letter, assuming the excel@bwlegal.co.uk is the correct one. ?cm620

Yes, and copy in enquires@bwlegal.co.uk. Put your name and claim no in the subject line0 -
Just got phone call from BW Legal. Apparently I owe over £200 to exel parking for parking without a ticket (something I never do) in Keighley in 2014! BW Legal said they would get info for me as I have no idea what they are talking about! She said the next step is getting a warrant to take goods! I'm confused scared and annoyed as it's over 2 years ago. I can swear there was no ticket from exel on my car though! Can someone please advise? I've read posts which say ignore it but scared someone is going to turn up to take my stuff!0
