Origin Broadband - Are they any good?

I joined them a couple of months ago. I chose their Max service up to 76 Mbps, average 63 Mbps, but expected to get 48/50 Mbps at most as I had done with my two previous providers
Did they give you a minimum speed expected? (I believe this is a legal requirement? If they didn't then you may be able to exit the contract due to their breach of regulations ... check with OFCOM or CISAS?)You also get a decent free router thrown in.
Technically it isn't free, as you're paying for it through your monthly service charge.
But yes, Zen have a very good reputation. 0
