British Airways Feb strikes

They are. But they are also flying a route that isn't served by the crew who are striking either.
So, everything should be fine

Of course they'll be fine. I just couldn't understand why you posted that it wasn't a mixed fleet route, when they'd already said they're flying from LGW?0 -

Because it's Mixed Fleet striking and it isn't a Mixed Fleet route. Equally it's LHR and not LGW.
It isn't a problem for either reason; I mentioned one, you mentioned the other. Both based covered, surely?

According to the guy I spoke to at BA yesterday, a communication will be going out on Thursday to customers who have flights booked 9-11th February. I presume the communication will be an email but stupidly I didn't ask exactly how any information would be sent.,0

Threatened industrial action – February 2017
Answer Id 5660 | Updated 02/02/2017 05.06 PM (UK time)
Summary
All British Airways customers will be able to fly to their destinations on Sunday 5, Monday 6, Tuesday 7, Thursday 9, Friday 10 and Saturday 11 February despite six days of proposed industrial action by Mixed Fleet Unite, which represents one of our five cabin crew fleets.
We can confirm the following details:
all flights to and from London Gatwick will operate as normal
all flights to and from London City will operate as normal
the vast majority of flights to and from London Heathrow will operate as normal
More information
As part of our contingency plan, we will be merging a very small number of flights to and from Heathrow on some of the days of industrial action.
This will mean some customers will travel slightly earlier or later in the day than their original booking. Affected customers are being contacted with the options available for them.
If you are flying on any of the days of threatened industrial action, you can log in to your booking to check your travel plans:

Thank you for your support and understanding.
From the BA website.
I've checked my booking & it currently remains the same with no amendments, We're flying LHR-HEL on the 11/2 so I'm half expecting some sort of change.0
