Lol, no worries, I know I'm a big hyprocrite @AntoMac, who is really trying to change her ways! It's a hard process of re-training my brain and behaviours when my default for so long, has been to put others first. But I printed this and put it up on the wall by my bed, so that it is the first thing I see in the morning and the last thing at night. It will slowly sink in... 😁

Having it there when you wake up is a good reminder Keedie. I was only having a gentle dig. Self-love is rather difficult for most of us I reckon. It of course doesn’t stop us from still trying to be kind to others. Quite the opposite I think.

I don't mind the gentle dig whatsoever, so don't worry. It's kinda nice to have people care, and to remind me to have more self love and self care, as often people around me tell me, but then make unreasonable demands of me - which kinda undermines their point...🤔😂.
