Hasbro Rescuebot could have hurt my son

Hi,
We recently bought my son a Rescuebot from Sainsbury's (made by Hasbro). My son gave it to me yesterday saying it was broken and had something sharp in it. I had a feel around and much to my surprise I got nasty sharp piece of wire in the end of my finger. It looks like it was a spring that has come loose and is not sticking out about half an inch. Fortunately neither my three year old son or one year old daughter got hurt but they could have.
What rights do I have? I have already complained to Hasbro and am waiting a call back.

I'd imagine you will be offered a refund or replacement if you would like another one.Dwy galon, un dyhead,
Dwy dafod ond un iaith,
Dwy raff yn cydio’n ddolen,
Dau enaid ond un taith.0 -
Youll probably have the right to a refund, repair or replacement.0

Nobody has been hurt or injured so a replacement or refund (repair unlikely) may be what you have by 'right'.0

If it's not sticking out by half an inch then how far was it sticking out?

On the upside it doesn't sound as if any cute kittens were put in harm's way.
