John Lewis price matching on TV's

I got John Lewis to price match a Sony KDL40W2000 last November, and I agree their Customer Service is second to none. I got the Bluewater john Lewis to match Empire direct (in Romford I think), then paid £25 to get it delivered. Pay the £25 delivery charge, use my example, and I'm sure it doesn't matter where you live.

I got a price match on a television last week. I went into a JL armed with a price list of low prices and they price matched the lowest price without any problems.

I have got them to PM before on a television and on 2 Dsyson cleaners. The customer service is excellent. They agreed to send me 2 new hoses for the Dysons even though the guarantee was finished.

Managed to get a price match from JL at the second attempt 1st time got binned as the store priced matched against did not display prices. 2nd time did my homework it was in stock with the displayed price managed to save £300 free delivery and the 5 year warranty well chuffed

May I ask what store/model you were matching. Im looking for kdl40w2000, have mailed a couple of prices to JL but not heard anything yet.
