That is just stupid. Would have expected a lot more from company like that.
Honestly I fail to see the major problem. The re-route didn't suit you so you called them up and they changed it for you. It's hardly terrible service. I've lost count of the times I've asked for a different reroute than the one suggested by the airline after a schedule change and it's never been a problem. Often it's worked to my advantage as I've been able to get a better routing than originally booked.0 -
Just get a train from Gatwick and claim the cost from Cathy.
Not really a big issue there customer service will sort it.
I'd have got to reroute me via AMS or DXB rather than Heathrow much less stressful.The futures bright the future is Ginger0
