Goodness knows why her Solicitor father didn't assist before she got the 'old address CCJ' issue...Marcus Jones and Oliver Heald and Mrs May, take note, this is happening to people all the time.
She thought tickets were voided but then moved to Hants and ''bailiffs later demanded a £3,392'' for parking in her own flat space as allowed...where have we heard that before?

Usual BS (non) comment from a PPC scurrying off with their tail between their legs!A VCS spokesman said: 'We are currently considering our position in relation to the decision made by the court and in view of this it would be inappropriate to comment further as we would not wish to prejudice our case.
'However, we can confirm that we manage the private car park in question in accordance with the terms and conditions set out on the signage in situ.
'Such signage has been approved by the International Parking Community (the IPC). Any motorist choosing to park at the private car park is bound by the applicable terms and conditions and warned that a Parking Charge Notice will be issued should a parking contravention occur.'Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
