default claim , undefended
the bailiffs costs are a tad high as well
but, was it via BWLegal in the first place0 -
no it was VCS , in the first case , BW just filed papers as their solisitors , then sat back it was a default , so no more work or court effort needed
"credit clamped" , as per what maggie may was "going to sort out", but clearly forgot about0 -

Is this an assumption, cannot see where you saw that, VCS could do this themselves if they had the guts0 -
BW acted as VCS solisitors , just as the young lady used a solisitor
amaizing innit , with a 2.k case that was not defended , they could not use a "trace" , but yet as soon as they get the default a trace followed quickly0 -

In this case you don't know that0 -
In this case you don't know that
know that they did not try to contact her before going for a default?
or
trace her as in send in the bailiffs?
as the young lady has/had access to legal services , do you think this would not have been faught in court had she known about it?
PS , she states that a phone call from new tenement of house was the first thing she knew about it0 -

BUT was it BWLegal who started this ???0 -
no it was VCS that STARTED IT , BW are merely solicitors that were hired to issue court papers0
