Did VCS do all this by themselves or did they use the incompetent BWLegal

    default claim , undefended

the bailiffs costs are a tad high as well

but, was it via BWLegal in the first place
  • no it was VCS , in the first case , BW just filed papers as their solisitors , then sat back it was a default , so no more work or court effort needed

"credit clamped" , as per what maggie may was "going to sort out", but clearly forgot about

Is this an assumption, cannot see where you saw that, VCS could do this themselves if they had the guts

BW acted as VCS solisitors , just as the young lady used a solisitor

amaizing innit , with a 2.k case that was not defended , they could not use a "trace" , but yet as soon as they get the default a trace followed quickly

In this case you don't know that

know that they did not try to contact her before going for a default?

    or

trace her as in send in the bailiffs?

as the young lady has/had access to legal services , do you think this would not have been faught in court had she known about it?

PS , she states that a phone call from new tenement of house was the first thing she knew about it

BUT was it BWLegal who started this ???
  • no it was VCS that STARTED IT , BW are merely solicitors that were hired to issue court papers
