OK, I first took out the sim card (is that correct?) then punched in the 2nd formula and it said "network restriction off" on the screen, so I presume that it has worked(?). If so, thank you very much :T:D.

I can't check with another sim card yet, so have put back my Virgin one to make sure the phone still operates.....is that why it's saying Virgin Mobile again?
I will get to confirm it's been successful when I can get hold of my daughter's simcard.

btw...are there any codes for the Lobster 320 yet? (wrong thread I know...sorry).
