I'm sure its dangerous putting IMEI numbers on here. If someone had a stolen phone could they not just use one of these IMEI numbers on the phone so it wont flag up stolen?

I have a nokia 2630 my IMEI: 352068027768465 it`s locked to O2 and tesco card will work on it too. I would want Orange to work on it. Would this be possible, never done this before.
