    When it says enter resriction code, enter the code I gave you without spaces

    you ignore the spaces, there is no reset code

    I have tried it but it says cannot undo restriction is there another code to reset the phone so I can start again.

    And if so and i enter the code again how do i get the spaces?

    cannot undo restriction means it can ONLY be unlocked by a shop or market stall
