I have checked the suggested sites at the beginning of this thread but none of them seem to list the Nokia 6030?

Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.
