Yes, that the spaces in the code were for a visual aid here and that the code was to be entered in the phone without them. Thanks for trying to help though!!

Can anyone get me a code for a Nokia 6080, IMEI 355505015492407, on T-Mobile please?

The 6080 isn't on any of the usual unlock sites, and the only one I can find that has it is http://www.gsmliberty.net/shop/nokia_unlock.php and the code it provided came up "Code Error".
