Try a few websites, no luck (tried on 5140 model, only option available).

you will have to get the code from vodafone or find a shop with a bb5 unlock box

you wont be able to find a free unlock for that as it is a bb5 nokia.

to get it unlocked, you will either have to get the code from tmobile or find a shop with a bb5 unlock box
